#10 Louisville at #22 Virginia, 4 p.m. ET (ESPN)

Louisville got off the schneid against Virginia, when it took down the Cavaliers at home in February for just its second win in the series over the last 12 games. That was fool’s gold. The Cards still have not won at John Paul Jones Arena since they joined the ACC in 2014. History has a funny way of repeating itself.

#17 Auburn at Tennessee, noon ET (ESPN2)

Tennessee is on an absolute heater. After the Vols took down Florida at home, they overcame a 17-point, second-half deficit to knock off a top 10 Kentucky team on the road. Playing for their NCAA Tournament lives, the Vols have enough in the tank to send Bruce Pearl packing, crawl off the bubble, and head into the Big Dance.

Marquette at St. John’s, noon ET (FOX)

You never know what you’re going to get with Mike Anderson’s St. John’s squad. The Red Storm could win by 20 or lose by 20 on any given night. Last week we saw St. John's at its best in a 91-71 win over Creighton. I'm willing to bet against Marquette and the best scorer in college basketball, Markus Howard.

#1 Kansas at Texas Tech, 2 p.m. ET (ESPN)

Since the Red Raiders upset top-ranked Louisville at Madison Square Garden, Texas Tech has been flirting with a second monumental upset. Earlier this week they let an opportunity at Baylor slip away.

The last time they faced Kansas, they only fell by three points at Allen Fieldhouse. Tech also had Kentucky on the ropes, before it ultimately fell by two points at home. Texas Tech is due for a résumé-boosting upset, and this game comes at the perfect time.

Is it crazy to pick the top-ranked team to go down right before Championship Week begins? That’s why they call it March Madness.
