David Foster - dfoster

mediaDave Foster has enjoyed a lifelong interest in the statistical analysis of sports.  He started out with using stats from Street and Smith's Baseball Guide to predict World Series victors. His grandpa later introduced him to greyhound handicapping at the age of 7 and by the time he was 18 he had expanded his interests to harness and thoroughbred handicapping.  A true lover of the sport and the animals, Dave has also owned thoroughbreds and standardbreds, as well as greyhounds over the years.

Fairly new to tournament competition, Dave has already won and placed in multiple handicapping tournaments on BetAmerica.com and a variety of other sites, as well as recently qualifying for the 2016 World Harness Handicapping Championship. Also of note is Dave's Top 5 finish in the 2013 World Series of Greyhound Racing Handicapping Championship.

Outside of tournament play, Dave has recently hit the 2014 Preakness High Five Wager and has teamed up with friends for multiple hits of the Gulfstream Pick 6 in 2016.

When he isn't handicapping or working on Elections, he and his wife Beth enjoy falling asleep embarrassingly early, worn out from playing with their son Joe.
