When it comes to music and horse racing events, I approach it more like a soundtrack than a cast recording. These aren’t the songs that most closely match the storyline but the ones I hear as best complementing the experience.

When it comes to the National Handicapping Championship, it sounds cool to say I’m going to Vegas for a horse racing contest, but the reality is I’m going to work a horse racing contest, and that work involves sitting in a suite at Treasure Island handing out PPs.

To get those PPs, I’ll be doing a lot of driving between Sands Blvd. and the print shop’s airport location. That means a lot of time for music, so a good playlist is essential.

But it’s Vegas, so gambling will go on, and if I hit it big then what better to remind me of my big score than The Menzingers’ “I Don’t Wanna Be An Asshole Anymore”?

Here’s the list. Good luck to all players, and if anyone needs any handicapping info from Brisnet to help them win, look me up!
