What a fantastic season wrapped up last month at Palm Beach!  With records going down and many of the best greyhounds in the country running here, there were many memorable races that we saw in the last 12 months.  Out of the thousands of races that happened here this season, I have narrowed it down to the very best of the best with this Top 10 list.  Enjoy!

*The racing season ran from July 1st, 2014 - June 30th, 2015*

#1 -  Storm Control Winning The $50,000 He's My Man Classic

January 17th, 2015

~One of the top sprint titles in the country to win, #5 Storm Control takes a close one against Hustle It Up in a blistering 29.52 secs.  One week after this race, Storm was a runner-up in the Daytona 550 National Championship.

#2 -  Ethel Is Here Breaks the 660 Yard Course Record

November 4th, 2014

~We knew that Ethel was a monster on the 3/8ths Mile, but this was a stunning run to say the least.  Out of all the greyhounds that have ever run at Palm Beach in the last 83 years, no one was faster then this day, as she bolts a 37.28 secs record breaking victory.

#3 -  Storm Control Winning The $50,000 St. Patrick's Day Invitational

March 14th, 2015

~In what turned out to be Storm's last Stakes race, he went out and dominated this field in 29.49 secs.  Storm would retire just a few weeks after he won this. Look for Storm to be an All-American after his performances during this season.

#4 - Atascocita Jolie Breaks The Marathon Record

June 26th, 2015

~Right before the season ended, Jolie from Suncoast Racing breaks a 7 year old record by blazing a 41.41 secs record setting victory on the "Dixie Course." She was one of the most dynamic closers in all of South Florida this season and she put it on display on this night.

#5 -  Unbelievable Last To First Comeback Victory By Amf Pushover

December 18th, 2014

Coming back from last place to win in any greyhound race is exciting, but Amf Pushover does it in the most dramatic way here in the Dick Andrews Futurity Semi-Finals:

#6 - Pat C Brightly Wins The Prestigious $50,000 3/8ths Mile Derby

February 21st, 2015

Just like world record holder Pat C Rendezvous did for her Kennel 21 years before, Brightly was able to do on this day as she takes home the Title for the Koppe, Staats & Collins Team in 37.92 secs.

#7 - JS SpeedyPebbles Gets Career Win #50

April 18th, 2015

One of the most followed greyhounds in the world delivers a huge win for her Team and fans, as she gets career win #50 in 29.99 secs.

#8 - JS Big Mack Makes A Stunning Last To First Victory

October 20th, 2014

Coming back from last place was so popular this year by many greyhounds, but JS Big Mack from the Koppe, Staats & Collins Team uses the entire track to get the victory in 30.1o secs.

If you haven't ever heard world famous track announcer Mike Jameson yet, this is a classic race call by him in this one.

#9 - Just For Kicks Blazes The Fastest Sprint Time On The Season

January 7th, 2015

We knew that the kid was good...we just weren't sure how talented he was until this day.

Just For Kicks from the Janie Carroll Kennel throws down a 29.11 secs victory in this one, the 4th fastest sprint time in the history of the Royal Palm Course.  Only Rob Gronkowski was ever faster on this Course all time (29.01 secs)

#10 -  Atascocita Dinah Wins The Puppy Stakes Final In Photo Finish Style

September 1st, 2014

In one of the closest Stakes Finals we saw all season, Atascocita Dinah from Suncoast Racing bests some of the top young sprinters in Florida for a $20,000 Labor Day Puppy Stakes victory.
